About
I'm a human-centred designer with a passion for research and service design.
Before I became a CX Designer, I worked as a publicist, managing high-profile, strategic campaigns for clients such as Cirque du Soleil, St Petersburg Ballet Theatre and Luna Park.
My background as a publicist has helped me become a highly organised, empathetic designer. As a publicist I was the conduit between my client and media, and as a CX Designer I work in a similar capacity, representing user needs to the client. In both situations, attention to detail is crucial.
I’m creative. I’m pragmatic. I like to get things done.
I love the process of design thinking and the amazing results it can deliver for both users and organisations.
Skills/Tools: User research, Contextual Inquiry, Affinity Mapping, Rapid Prototyping, Sketch, InVision, Wireframes, Information Architecture, Interaction Design, Service Design, Presenting.
Education: I have a degree with a double major in Psychology and Media & Communication. I have also recently completed the UX Design Immersive at General Assembly.
